THE OPPORTUNITY

Although Arcules had extensive test coverage of their web platform, their user-facing video surveillance portal and newly developed mobile iOS and Android apps needed thorough manual testing to ensure the best possible customer experience.

HOW WE HELPED THEM

Our team started by converting product requirements into usable test cases and test plans, while setting up a process to capture and track bugs to pass over to developers. We were able to formalize the testing process and speed up the time from development to release on the web portal. As the mobile applications underwent significant changes, we were able to apply the same techniques to those applications and establish a regular release cycle.
