This company was founded in a bar, over a conversation about a broken promise: that talented people have to leave home to find opportunity. We decided that was bullshit. So we started a revolution in Mazatlán, Mexico.

The story of OutpostQA begins with a simple, infuriating assumption: “If you’re a talented engineer in Mazatlán, you have to leave.”
We rejected that premise. Utterly.
At the same time, we saw our colleagues in Silicon Valley getting burned by two failed models: overpriced, indifferent domestic consultants or offshore “body shops” that acted as human meat grinders, exploiting their teams and delivering mediocre work with a 12-hour communication lag.
The entire system was broken. It was failing clients, and it was failing engineers. We founded OutpostQA to be the answer to that failure. We are not a vendor. We are a new model.
